When you say what it means, the picture changes
A correction is not a comment. The shared picture updates, and the old claim stays as history.
Most software lets you argue in a thread while the official picture stays wrong. Or it lets someone silently edit the past.
What we mean is simpler. You say what something actually is. The World you share updates. What it used to claim remains visible, labelled as old — not deleted, not pretended away.
That is how you and another person, or you and an AI, stay honest. Guesswork can sit beside the work. It does not become the work because it was confident.
